- If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can return the product within 30 days of your purchase date for a replacement.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a replacement.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, untampered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of your purchase.

- Please include your full name, order number, product and quantity, shipping address and reason for refund/exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Do understand that refunds will take a few business days for your financial institution to process the refund to your bank account and/or credit card.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If found to be defective or damaged, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We’ve the right to refuse a refund and/or exchange if you fail to contact us within this time period.
